@AmazonHelp Hi Team Finally when I thought refund will be processed. The delivery executive did not take the return as Airtel Exclusive screen did not allow him to go to home page on phone. The same reason for returning the phone. This is very frustrating @JeffBezos

@AmazonHelp It is very unfortunate that your support team have no clue about Airtel Exclusive program. Some of them say contact Airtel, some say get denial letter from POCO. But POCO says only Flipkart is authorised seller. Which mean you are doing fraud. @Consumer2Court @consume
