🚨 Officer Caught on His Own Bodycam Cutting the Tarp — Then Blamed a J6 Defendant Under Oath
In the federal trial of Kenneth “Joe” Thomas, a D.C. Metro Police officer testified that Thomas cut open a protective tarp on Capitol scaffolding.
Problem: The officer’s own bodycam footage — played in the same trial — shows him cutting the tarp himself moments earlier.
Judge Dabney Friedrich saw the video. Her response? “Let’s move on.”
No consequences. No referral. Trial continued.
This is why every second of January 6 footage matters. When video directly contradicts sworn testimony — and nothing happens — it undermines trust in the entire process.
Watch the footage. Share it. Demand accountability.
What do you think should happen when an officer’s testimony is disproven by their own camera? 👇
The assault weapon ban injunction entered is now clearly a statewide injunction effective July 21, 2026. All law enforcement is enjoined from enforcement of the law. Every jurisdiction. Every officer.
It is now clear and unequivocal that the injunction is statewide
Great job Senator Stanley. The entire Commonwealth is now covered by the protection of this order until such time as a higher court determines otherwise.
🔥🚨 LMAO! Fox News just ran Eric Swalwell and Graham Platner’s video responses to sexual misconduct allegations side-by-side.
The scripts are almost WORD-FOR-WORD identical!
Democrats are really using the same playbook. Clown show exposed.
@RedWavePress If only CNN had been as curious about Hunters laptop as they are the reflecting pool. Imagine if they had asked this many questions about Benghazi.
Dear Republicans, stop mass texting my phone for donations. You won't get squat from me until you pass the Save America Act and start putting American citizens first instead of your donors.
Virginia just blocked Spanberger's gun ban in court. Two different judges. Same day.
Governor Abigail Spanberger signed SB 749 and HB 217 into law May 14, 2026.
It was set to take effect July 1, 2026.
Two Virginia judges said no.
On June 25, 2026, just five days before the law was supposed to go live, TWO separate Virginia circuit court judges in TWO different counties granted preliminary injunctions blocking enforcement of the Assault Firearms Ban and the Magazine Ban.
Judge John Martin in Lancaster County blocked the Virginia State Police.
Virginia Senator and attorney Bill Stanley personally argued the case in Washington County Circuit Court the same day. Judge Jeffrey L. Campbell granted that injunction from the bench and yesterday, June 29, issued the formal written order halting ALL enforcement.
Not just the State Police.
Every enforcement agency. Statewide.
Judge Campbell quoted directly from Virginia case law in his written ruling:
"The public interest favors enjoining a constitutional violation, not allowing the unconstitutional application of a statute to perpetuate."
That is a judge in the Commonwealth of Virginia telling Spanberger's administration on the record that her gun ban is a constitutional violation.
Here is what the law would have done starting July 1:
Banned the future sale, transfer, purchase, manufacture, and importation of semi-automatic firearms with standard features like pistol grips, folding stocks, or threaded barrels.
Banned magazines that hold more than 15 rounds.
Criminalized Virginians for buying the same firearm they have owned their entire lives.
A Class 1 misdemeanor conviction would have stripped your right to purchase any firearm for three years.
Here is where it stands right now:
The injunctions are in place through July 1, 2027.
The carry ban under SB 727 has been delayed to July 1, 2027 by a budget amendment after the
U.S. Supreme Court struck down Hawaii's carry ban in Wolford v. Lopez.
The Virginia Supreme Court has assembled a special panel of judges to oversee all four lawsuits fighting this law.
Attorney General Jay Jones has vowed to appeal and seek a stay.
This is not over.
But two Virginia judges just looked Spanberger in the face and said the Constitution does not take a day off because you think you know better.

The fight to defend your rights in Virginia is happening right now.
Spanberger signed a law a judge just called unconstitutional.
Should she be held personally accountable for the legal fees Virginia taxpayers are now funding to defend it?
