Custom in-sole design manufacturing machine was designed and manufactured by a member of Xeno Robotics along with his teammate in their final year project.

This project aims to provide customized insoles to any patient with a foot condition requiring extra support.

Using a depth scanner, a 3d mesh of the foot is scanned to obtain the exact shape and contour of the foot. This scan is then manipulated into a wearable insole via various 3d mesh softwares. Then a g-code of this mesh is generated and the insole is then milled out on a foam using
