I’ll never understand the people who call Robert out for killing Lee (eventhough he wasn’t entirely to blame) the man was a rapist!! He did everyone a favour including his sister and nephew #emmerdale

@warrennie24 Yeah, killing them happens too much but the Lee one was needed. It’s a soap opera and Ryan was leaving so they had to have him kill Lee. Not every rapist in a soap opera is going to face justice, sometimes they are killed. But yeah, nit all the time.

@warrennie24 Lee was never going to face justice though, Victoria reported him but the police dismissed it because there was no evidence so Lee and his family kept harassing Victoria calling her a liar and demanding to be in Harry’s life. He taunted Robert and he killed him in the moment.

@EmmaDale022 Yeah, I think not calling the authorities was just him panicking tbh he may have even thought if anyone knew the truth of what happened then his relationship with Aaron may be exposed. It was easier for him to make it look like she’d fallen there alone.

@EmmaDale022 @mikepriestley13 And that was INTENT. Andy intended to have Robert killed twice, Robert never intended to kill Katie or Lee it just happened in a moment of anger.

@mikepriestley13 @EmmaDale022 Yeah he pushed her to the floor but wasn’t expecting the floorboards to cave in, he was stood on the floorboards himself. An accident.
He was put in prison for the attack on Lee but he wasn’t entirely to blame for it. Why we acting like that wasn’t deserved?

Katie was an accident and he wasn’t entirely at fault for Lee’s death which is why he was let out of prison. Not really all that different to Andy killing Sarah.

@sugdenism I meam the year isn’t up yet, Vic snd Harry are back sometime this year, the show said Sarah will have a relationship with Robert and they’re thinking of bringing another Sugden in. All we can do at this point is hope.

Even any future storylines will be a struggle to make them at odds with eo because I can’t see anything in the future that won’t keep them united after everything. They’re really honest and truthful with eo now that any secrets will feel like regression.
