@British_Airways I made two bookings using AVIOS which were cancelled due to COVID19, when I requested a voucher they told me I was not eligible - what about the taxes I have paid using my credit card? How do I get those refunded?
@sisantshona@sisantshona , yesterday's webinar cast a very negative picture for our industry going forward and to be honest, I did not sleep a wink because of it. There was talk of a separate panel who could delve more deeply into this. How do we get involved here?
