#NATO is no longer purely defensive. From 24 April 1999 it changed policy with "The Alliance Strategic Concept" allowing aggressive actions. Then started an aggressive war against Serbia, a provocation to Russia. Details in my blog https://t.co/5qYGCTu2bz
