Some bail terms are ridiculous especially where violent crime, critical assets vandalism is involved. People even steal railway lines not caring what would happen if a train derailed.

Read about that mchele lady who has sent several men to sayuni! Apparently she has court cases dragging on since 2024 out on a 20k cash bail as the killing spree continues. Too much Judicial activism

Some vandals were stealing the railway line reinforcements in broad daylight, one piece fell and missed the car by a whisker. I remember there was a time during Kibaki's time an order to shoot vandals on sight was given.
