技术上：Python/SQL 是基础，C++/Rust 用在延迟敏感的地方。能读 Solidity，懂 AMM 和 lending protocol 怎么运作，看得懂原始链上交易。数学/物理/CS 背景，硕博优先——但比学历更重要的是，你有没有把策略从 idea 一路跑到生产的完整经历。
