OVERALL I think the best are Bingeboxd for it's simplicity and similarity to TV time and Cinopsys for it's advanced features and costumizations.

I've tried a lot of apps as replacement for TV time and so far the bests are: Cinopsys, Bingeboxd and Showly (similar to cinopsys but I didn't like it as much). I'm still waiting for Refract to start working properly so I can't judge it yet. #tvtime #tvtimealternatives

Showly is more or less the same but you can't put on hold the shows, just drop them and you can't personalize the app. Still a valid option.
