Pete and Smitty - who figured out the cat door onto the back porch a few days ago - have figured out the cat door to the back yard. They were very interested in scampering about, as you can see.

Note: we have a cat fence around our back yard (search on "Purrfect Fence.")

The first picture is from 2017, the very first time I petted Khal without Fred sitting between us as a buffer. The second is from two days ago, when I picked him up, flipped him onto his back and rubbed his belly, and he just stayed there and purred and let it happen.
