Oh dear @Coles Customer Care - trumpeting their amazing online service. Get my confirmation email, arrive at supermarket for collection, nothing there. @Coles response? Must have been something I did. But I have your email!!! Them: hmmm sorry nothing we can do
So @Coles can't provide a service in the first place, then don't respond to online feedback, then don't answer the phone (twice waiting for over 13 minutes), then provide no response to social media negative feedback. Foodland looking better every day
