@JustEatUK yesterday a delivery driver was walking around for over 20 minutes trying to find my address. When she eventually arrived the food was stone cold and so I refused to take it. The driver wouldn’t leave my address without the code and now I’m being refused a refund??

@Ryanair I have just been on hold to your customer service team for 50 minutes. I finally got through and was providing my details when the agent cut the call off. I have no idea why this happened but your website is telling me my booking reference does no exist! Please call me.
I have NOT booked through a travel agent. I did however pay using Apple Pay whether that makes a difference? I received the confirmation and travel itinerary to my email address so I'm not sure how my booking is linked to another account. The money for the flight has left MY
@ASOS_HeretoHelp on 08/07/20 I contacted your customer support team via Facebook messenger to let them know my parcel was delivered to an incorrect address. Since then I have been back and forth with your team saying they are “investigating” with DPD but I still have no update.
@Hermesparcels why is it so difficult to get through to an actual person who works for Hermes? I have a parcel from @beautybay that has “been delivered” except it’s not to my address. It shows this on the GPS and although it says it was signed for I see no signature.
