@LauraLoomer @NFL I hate to break it to you but Puerto Rico is part of the USA. Also as far as I am aware the USA use to be proud of its multinational make up. In school it use to be advised that a second language be taken & Spanish was pushed. Also an extreme number of residents speak Spanish.
