I feel I should clarify in case not clear: This review didn't look at "effectiveness" ie it didn't weigh good impacts against bad. We need studies like that of psych hospitals & there are virtually none. It highlights common adverse impacts, like identifying the most common adverse drug effects in a drug trial. One can interpret further, but the study authors themselves didn't.
