@FCDOGovUK I've been trying 3 hrs to get through to the legalisation service to check on an application (waiting 40 mins each time) and I keep getting cut off. I think there is something wrong with the line and I urgently need an update. Surely other people are having the same

@teodiomio I've had to reschedule my appointment 3 times... I'm at the Edinburgh consulate, and waiting for the DoV has been the longest part of the saga so far... I've ended up going to Cimea for what I need, but now worried I won't get my visa in time when I can make the appointment!

Gla to Inv service this am and only one toilet is in use, which is full to the brim with stranger jobbies. Covid safety is promoted over the tanoy (rightly so), yet there are no clean facilities on this long route. Poor for your passengers, as well as your staff. @ScotRail
