@Coolteachsud So true. I gave out books to 7 students from my reading group this year. Not one said thank you...but one did look my way and say, "I don't need a book." What can you do? π€·ββοΈ

@rchids I wish there was a simple answer to this. I feel we are living in a time in which we all require pronoun signs. What if they thought he was your son but your son identifies as a female? Then what?
