Panic attack in the parking garage ✌️🥳 about to go into an appointment with a migraine specialist that I've been waiting for for so long and I'm worried he won't take me seriously. My migraines have gotten absolutely debilitating and I'm just so done. 🤞

@Mary_Lynn_OT I just need to get all my crying done now so I don't cry in the appointment. But I probably will because my health is so frustrating and complicated and doctors don't feel like linking anything so I'm left with 80,000 diagnoses and no actual plan to improve things.
