@Nedbank I called back on the 06/04/26. Still, no real help. Just 'ive lodged the payback, however, I can't give you a reference number". Honestly, I just want my small money so I can close our accounts and be done with you.

@Nedbank On 01/04/2026, I called again and I'm told that the issue that was said to have been lodged on 20/03/26 wasn't done. So, today, I'm told that I can't be assisted for whatever reasons!

I'm really annoyed by how I have to do constant follow ups with no solution in sight.

@Nedbank On the 20/03/26, I called and was told that it has been lodged and I will get money between 23-28/03/26. This hasn't happened.

@Nedbank I had a debit order on 14/03/26 go off. After I closed my credit card account on 13/03/2026. The lady reassured me that the debit order was cancelled as such, the R490 wouldn't go through, however it did.
