Still frustrated, @AmericanAir. We gave up seats 8/17 on an overbooked flight, for promised travel credits still NOT issued. I completed customer form, called, sent snail mail, even went to airport! STILL NOTHING but "sorry." Be warned, travelers.👎

@AmericanAir I did that. 3 times. No resolution. Just a form reply.
Customer service phone line said to go to the airport, where American Airlines suggested I fill out a "refund" form online, which was denied because it's a travel credit, not a refund. Constant runaround.
