This raises interesting issues, inc: might extra-curial comments made by a judge soon after judgment indicate [appearance of] bias?
It seems the Fed Ct's General Counsel took a black & white approach to it.
The case at the heart of this: Uni of Sydney v NTEIU [2024] FCAFC 57
The Federal Court of Australia has closed ranks behind Zionist judge Michael Lee, saying he did nothing wrong by not disclosing his strong personal bias towards Israel in an academic freedom case (NTEU v University of Sydney) concerning the Zionist regime.
Legal advisor Scott Tredwell, of behalf of Chief Justice Debra Mortimer, responding one year after I made an official complaint of judicial misconduct and one week after my latest reminder letter, said in effect.
the FCA sees notnhing wrong in Michael Lee’s Israel bias, nor his non disclosure of that bias in a case which concerned alleged “offensive” comments about Israel;
In any event the Chief Justice canot remedy a judicial decision
If I am concerned I might like to seek leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia
the FCA would prefer that the public not be told about this complaint of judicial bias.
Scott Tredwell’s full letter can be read in the link below, it confrains a reasonable summary of my original complaint.

1. The Holocaust was evil, as everyone knows
2. The Holocaust was NOT uniquely evil, as some claim
3. Throughout history there have been other comparable genocides, often carried out by Europeans against indigenous people
4. The genocide in Gaza is not the same as the Holocaust, obviously, but it is in the same moral category
5. The Nazis killed babies, children, women and men BECAUSE they were Jews. The Israelis kill babies, children, women and men BECAUSE they are Palestinian
6. Israel and its supporters weaponise and abuse the memory of the Holocaust, sometimes to close down argument and sometimes even to justify the genocide in Gaza
The Australia-Israel-India friendship has never been so pronounced.
@AlboMP has us deep in a relationship with the two most ethno supremacist entities on the planet.
Just in: A video from inside a court in occupied Jerusalem shows Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya appearing via video link and attempting to speak with his attorney before Israeli court security blocked the screen and terminated the call, preventing journalists from filming the exchange or the video appearance.
I listened carefully to what the attorney was saying to Dr. Abu Safiya. It appeared that Dr. Abu Safiya could not hear him. The attorney repeatedly stated that he could neither see nor hear Dr. Abu Safiya after his “captors turned off the camera.” He also informed him that some people were present in the courtroom to show their support and that they were waiting for the judge to arrive so that he could be brought back on screen before the court addressed the appeal.
This is Israel’s democracy. Dr. Abu Safiya has been subjected to starvation, abuse, and cruel torture, and this latest development only adds to concerns about the conditions he has endured and the lack of public scrutiny surrounding his case.
Pauline Hanson’s WA visit backfires as protestors swarm demanding she head back to QLD.
“They’re echoing boos right now which may mean Senator Hanson has just arrived” 🤣

Albanese and Wong would have been forced to resign for their lies about supplying Israel with F-35 parts and explosives, if we had an actual opposition party and a free press
Greens are being forced to do it all, while being hammered by the Murdoch/Zionist press
Contributing to a genocide should mean prison time - at Nuremberg it often meant death

An eight-year-old boy, Jad Suleiman, was killed by shrapnel from an Israeli airstrike Monday while walking home from school in the Jabaliya refugee camp in northern Gaza.
Drop Site reported from Shifa hospital where his father clutched his son’s bloodied backpack and asked, “What was his crime?” As global attention shifts to the wars on Iran and Lebanon, and Gaza’s so-called ceasefire enters its ninth month, the genocide there continues to intensify. May was the deadliest month of 2026 for Palestinians in Gaza, with at least 119 killed including 19 children according to the Health Ministry in Gaza, and at least 46 more have been killed in the first nine days of June alone. Israel has also restricted the entry of life essentials into Gaza, allowing only 36% of agreed-upon aid and 15% of required fuel—leaving 77% of Gaza’s population facing acute food insecurity, according to the World Food Program.

Yet another masterstroke by Iran. It forces global attention on Lebanon which was shamefully being ignored. The entity wanted to continue doing their dirty business in the dark in Lebanon. No more. No peace without justice for everyone in the region.
MP Melanie Ward has discovered at least 32 UK ‘charities’ have sent £28 million to illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank in recent years.
She says their charitable tax status means they’ve likely received a taxpayer subsidy of at least £5 million:
