@PetPlate three days to correct an issue with an order that could have been resolved with 5 minute phone call is ridiculous. Items went out of stock in the time it took me to email back and forth. Please get proper customer service. 🤨

@shakeshack your new self adhesive bags do not provide the reassurance that my food wasn’t tampered with. Staples or tape should be used to provide peace of mind.
