⚠️ Commenting about feeling "fat" or expressing guilt after eating.
⚠️ Avoidance of social events involving food.
Eating disorders affect not only the individual who is struggling, but also those around them. Here are four important considerations to remember while assisting your loved one in #edrecovery 💜

It's normal to dread grocery shopping, even though it's something you know you *need* to do. That's why we asked our Nutrition Manager, Adee Levinstein, to share some tips on how to navigate grocery shopping while in recovery (and on a budget!).
To the teen struggling with an eating disorder, we see you and want you to know that you’re not alone. We know that recovery can seem like a never-ending battle, but we believe freedom from your eating disorder is possible and we believe in YOU! #edrecovery

It's #EatingDisorderAwarenessWeek, and we've partnered with our friends, @beatED to raise awareness about eating disorders in men and to tackle harmful gender stereotypes. This year, let's #HelpMenGetHelp
Say it with us:
YES, MEN GET EATING DISORDERS.
YES, MEN GET EATING DISORDERS.
YES, MEN GET EATING DISORDERS.
YES, MEN GET EATING DISORDERS.
