Many iPhone vendors don’t know this, and those who know it won't tell you.
Before you buy any fairly used iPhone at all, there’s a hidden Apple diagnostics trick that can help you know if the phone is in good condition.
Here's how:
1. Switch off the iPhone completely.
2. Hold both Volume Up + Volume Down buttons simultaneously.
3. Plug your charger while still holding the volume buttons.
4. Wait a few seconds while still holding the buttons.
5. The diagnostics page should appear after a while.
From there, you can test things like battery, Face ID, camera, speakers, sensors, etc.
Some supposedly “clean” iPhones already have hidden hardware faults. This process can help you spot them before you pay.
You can also check this on an iPhone you're already using, so you can know if your phone is all right.
There's also an app that can help you do this.
Maybe I'll talk about it later in another post.
🥺💙 A full-circle moment for this young Manchester City fan:
• Back in 2016, a 7-year-old Manchester City fan named Braydon found himself sharing a taxi with Pep Guardiola on the Spaniard's first days at the club
• During the ride, Braydon looked at Pep and confidently said: "You're going to win everything with City!"
• Pep's response was simple: "We'll try."
• 10 years later, Braydon is now 17 and working as a journalist. At Pep's farewell, he got one last photo with the manager who defined an era.
From Pep's first day to his last, Braydon's prediction proved to be spot on: Premier League titles. FA Cups. Champions League, and many more! 🏆
🏴 Manchester United 2-1 Bayern Munich 🇩🇪
27 years ago today, one of the most INCREDIBLE comebacks in a UEFA Champions League final! Goals: Basler (6'), Sheringham (90+1'), Solskjær (90+3') 🏆🤯
📅 On this day, in 1999, Manchester United beat Bayern Munich 2-1 at the Nou Camp to complete a famous treble.
⚽ Sheringham — 90+1'
⚽ Solskjær — 90+3'
United were without Roy Keane and Paul Scholes who were suspended for the final.
They moved David Beckham into centre-midfield to partner with Nicky Butt and they shifted Ryan Giggs to the opposite wing and Jesper Blomqvist started on the left hand side.
Both goals were scored by subs Sheringham and Solskjær. A truly incredible night.
