@SouthwestAir My original flight was for 9:55 pm tonight. I paid $250 more for an earlier flight that was to depart non stop to Dallas at noon since I have my dog with me. Well that flight was canceled so there’s my $250 extra. Also I was switched for a layover flight for 2moro.

#SouthwestAirlinesareliars ppl laying around all over MCO airport because southwest refuse to accommodate their paying customers. Instead of saying their a shortage of employees. They’re using “bad weather” so they don’t have to accommodate passengers. Sad cop out smfh

@SouthwestAir It was not raining in Dallas nor Orlando so when it was time for my flight to depart. Also a family members of mines has been stranded at the airport since 6 this morning. Again no bad weather. So the question still remains.
