@TFIupdates It has now disappeared from the app - 2 out of service buses have passed by and there’s 3 other W services sitting empty at other stops - please let us know what’s happening - we are standing out in the blistering heat!

@TFIupdates That effort for what?? A standard reply - I’m sick of reaching out in regard to this service if it’s not buses not showing it’s late drivers or now drivers not reading signs that have been there for months

@TFIupdates can you tell me why the w6 that left hazelhatch station at 4.05 did not follow the diversion signs and ended up on a closed road! To be told we had to wait for someone to come out and reverse him - another notch on the disaster bedpost of go ahead!!

Now the L59 that would have got me a little closer to home has disappeared off the app!!! What is going on!!! Absolutely disgraceful service
