@Se_Railway Been on ‘17.41’ CS to Dover Priory for over 30 mins…….. is this actually going to leave Cannon Street today or is this another fictional entry on the app?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Are trains actually running towards Faversham from Victoria?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway I realise that, but none of the staff on the trains or platforms know what to do. I’m sure you realise that this is my point.

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway So if the 9.01 from Ramsgate is going be able to go through the affected area?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Are trains running through to London from Faversham now or are buses still involved?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway I know that I meant go to ashford or Canterbury

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Can we use our tix on HS?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Is this likely to be an all day event? Is getting home going to be nightmare too?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Are we all wasting time waiting for the Cannon Street train to leave Rochester?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Can we use tix on HS?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway @RyLittle Seriously? Standard season tix not accepted on HS during this week?

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway @Zexukk Barely!

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway Piss up in Brewery time! One tiny bus arrives at Gillingham so most of the 7pm train from st Panc couldn’t get on it. 8 pm and no more bosses.

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway We wasted 45 mins waiting for information

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway There’s no information at Cannon Street re trains to Medway Towns and beyond. Total radio silence. We have to guess!

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@Se_Railway The app is giving ambiguous information. The 10.04 from Faversham is delayed yet a bit further back down the track it’s cancelled.

@seetickets your complaints service is non existent. Sort your site out and stop sending people on a doom loop.

[Pauline Levey @RockchickMSc]

@seetickets That link does not take you to the customer service form. It sends you round in a doom loop!
