You should consider the policy "Right to Repair" - basically allowing small local businesses the right to repair electronics. Apple has basically killed this industry by making their devices impossible to repair so you have to buy new. Leads to more e-waste

@KyleKulinski 1) Direct Democracy - How to decide what gets put to a vote? Wouldn't there be a major push from corp to spam/propagandize the process so that issues we want aren't discussed? Worse, the ballot may only consists of issues to help corp fast track more loopholes.

2) Basically, the corp. strategy would be spam the process with legally phrased items in hopes that if enough items are on the ballot and with sufficient propaganda some may actually pass. Making it more efficient to go through direct dem than bribing congress or the courts.
