Max Gonzalez ('25,FL)
Talented right-handed pitcher from Cardinal Newman HS, showcasing a tall and lanky frame standing at 6'3" 175lbs. Gonzalez impresses with his electric arm, enjoying a solid year on the mound with his velocity steadily climbing throughout his outings. Featuring a promising three-pitch mix, Gonzalez's FB sits between 87-89, with recent peaks reaching up to 92mph, accompanied by a notable feel for command, & generating swings-and-misses. His CB, with a range of 75-79 and a spin rate of 2200 RPM, offers a formidable secondary option with vertical break, while his CH sits between 77-79 with late arm-side fade. As a highly touted prospect in the '25 class, Gonzalez is a high level arm to follow.

Alex Thompson ('25,FL)
Uncommitted catcher from Cardinal Newman HS, boasting a strong and athletic frame standing at 5'10" 190lbs. As a right-handed hitter, Thompson showcases surging power evident from his rising exit velocities. Employing a gap-to-gap approach with an uphill finish, he effectively keeps his weight back, allowing his hands to whip through the zone generating pull side power. Thompson consistently has EV’s over 90+, highlighted by a powerful double launched at 97 off the bat during the #HSClassic. Beyond his ability behind the plate, Thompson has been effective on the mound, where his FB sits between 84-86, consistently pounding the strike zone. With 18 strikeouts in 11 innings pitched so far, Thompson exhibits promising potential as a two-way player with a powerful right-handed bat and the strikeout stuff to contribute on the mound.
