Oh but wait, there’s more @Vodacom, because, why today when I spoke (and cried to Emmerentia on the phone) do I get told that her supervisor Thokozani, would get back to me with an update TODAY ON THE 10th of April with an update??? But here we are at 22:18pm with nothing!
But it gets even better @Vodacom fibre because when I call yet again I get told that ‘sorry, in order to help with this issue & since the original ticket was closed, (not by me) we have to cancel your ticket & open a new one which possibly take ANOTHER 7 days!!!! Come on!!

The worst part is my activation was originally scheduled for 1 April & today is the 10th, not a single person from @Vodacom fibre has bothered to call me back with an update in all that time! In fact, I’m the one who has had to call EVERY SINGLE DAY for an update!

The most upsetting part is that the issue lies with ONE person. The person who is assigned to activate my line, but he is doing everything else under the sun but activate my line! Each consultant I speak to tell he the same thing - your ticket is assigned to this person….

I’m not one to complain on social media but the treatment I’ve gotten from @vodacom fibre this past week has been absolutely atrocious! I’ve been so patient & cooperative & they have just been playing me for a fool! I��m so upset I don’t even know what to do with myself 😞😞
