Bad take. Both Revelation/Revolution and MOTU movie 2026 are great.
Though it's a joke, it needs to be said for the sake of clarity (because some dishonest weirdos will take this and run with it as gospel), but @ThatKevinSmith didn't say this.
#MastersoftheUniverse was beautiful, epic, and like Mandalorian, what I kinda want out of big films today. Travis Knight has yet to make a movie I haven't loved. Earnest, and fun. 1000% it'll find it's full audience on Prime (which I kinda loath)
@ruckusinmyhead I'll admit the first half was a slog for 3 episodes, but the second Adam came back, and we got SkeleGod, hell of a ride. Season 2 was even better, and I firmly believe that's due to its shorter episode count. No meandering
@Mr_Zilla1 That's a full on streaming issue, and why I get picky with streaming shows. Sometimes, there's 2 hours of story over 8 hours. Revelations fell into that trap. If it was 6 episodes, could of gotten the same result with better pacing
@HighFuncGaming You missed some of the greatest stuff in the OG MOTU timeline. SKELEGOD, Savage Heman, Evil Lynn with the Power, Hordak, Keldor, Sorceress Teela...
@udarthjokerr 2002 show is the pinnacle of what MOTU can be. That and the 2011 Thundercats are how you do an updated reboot (Voltron Legendary Defender as well)
@McJunegrand It's actually 1 season, Netflix split it in half because... it's what they do. As i said elsewhere, if the episode count was shorter, I don't believe it would of been as held in contempt as it is.
You missed this

It is a fun movie but I think it’s also deeper than people give it credit for. There are themes of loneliness, rejection from society, not knowing where you belong, and believing in yourself when no one else will.
Americans have NO IDEA of how beloved He-Man is in Brazil.
To the point Garcia Junior, He-Man's voice actor and Isaac Bardavid, the late Skeletor's (and later Wolverine) voice actor, are legends here.
In the U.S, it was just another cartoon, but here? It defined our childhoods.
