April is Autism Awareness Month and we’d like to remind our community about a FREE program we offer to those with special needs, called Project Lifesaver.
Project Lifesaver is a small wearable device that uses radio frequency technology to help locate those who may be at-risk or wander due to medical or neurodevelopmental conditions. The device emits a unique signal and is designed to help first responders reduce search times when a loved one has eloped or is missing.

Five years ago today, Trevor Swahn was tragically killed in a hit-and-run traffic collision. The person responsible has never been held accountable, and the Rocklin Police Department is still searching for answers. 1/4
For five long years, the Swahn family has lived with unimaginable loss and unanswered questions about what happened to their loved one. No family should have to endure this kind of pain without answers. They deserve justice. They deserve closure. 3/4
New year means tax time, and that means important documents are arriving in mailboxes. Unfortunately, it’s also a time when mail theft increases.
Retrieve your mail as soon as you can, DAILY.
🚨 𝐈𝐑𝐒 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐌 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓 🚨
It’s that time of year. With Tax Season upon us we want to remind you not to get tricked by calls, emails, or letters using IRS fear tactics.
𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄
• “SSN suspension/cancellation” threats: Robocalls claiming your Social Security number will be suspended/canceled, often tied to “overdue taxes.”
• Fake tax agency letters: Mail claiming you owe “delinquent taxes” to a made-up agency like “Bureau of Tax Enforcement” and threatening liens/levies.
𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗥𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗢𝗧
• Leave pre-recorded urgent/threatening voicemails.
• Demand immediate payment via gift cards, prepaid cards, crypto, or wire transfer.
• Threaten to send police or have you arrested.
• Demand payment without letting you question/appeal.
• Ask for credit/debit card numbers over the phone.
• Start contact by email to request personal/financial info (they usually contact by mail first).
🚩 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴𝘀
• “Call back now or a warrant will be issued”
• Caller ID looks local/official (it can be spoofed)
• Letters using IRS language but naming a nonexistent agency
• Emails with links asking you to “verify” info
