@Telnor cómo puedo levantar un reporte de falla de mi servicio si tú línea de atención no contestan y la disque asistente virtual no me da un número de reporte o algo y ya le hizo perder más de una hora , que terrible servicio de verdad , ni el reporte puedo levantar que bárbaro

@Telnor tengo desde el sábado sin internet y nomás no se hacen responsables, todos los asesores me dan diferentes versiones y horarios de atención que terrible el servicio que ofrecen , la 4ta vez en 6 meses de servicio que no tengo internet por días ,
