@MarkZuccala@RebelNewsOnline@ShareawareCdn Sure were a lot of Western Farm boys fighting in both World Wars..... often all the sons would go, and Quebec boys ran off to the lumber camps to avoid service..... if you account for the population variance can you make a per capita argument that "Most" were from the East ?
@junonewscom Carney is flitting around the world seeking investment in Canada, but invests our Pension money in India ? So why should anyone invest here ?
@ChrisBarber1975@MarkJCarney He’s just trying to buy some relevance in Europe after Trump humiliated him by not including him in the recent DC meetings on Ukraine.
Using our tax dollars to prop a damaged ego.
@PierrePoilievre Thank you for pointing out the obvious. This feels like a watershed moment that will signal to Canada and the World if we actually do have a "Justice" system left in Canada.
@CandiceMalcolm I guess those of us who have lived and worked in Canada and paid taxes for years will have even more challenges trying to get health care.... idiots ! Wonder how all those Boomer Liberals are feeling about their vote now ?
Good start with this list. But there needs to be a reasonable, prompt, but firm time table attached to this demand that doesn't allow the Liberals to continue to bleed us dry and drag their heels indefinitely. It's time to fish or cut bait ! We need to keep the pressure up jointly with Alberta so there is action and not just BS talk.
@ikwilson It would seem Canadian voters are slow to learn.... Wild Rose just wasn't that long ago. Reasonable to say that the ruling parties do need some fresh eyes and a course correction at times.... but hopefully it doesn't take another NDP term to see that.
It has become clear that the West is a "Distinct Society" from Central Canada with little hope of a working or fair Confederation. Time to create a strong coalition with AB and hopefully BC. It would seem there is no prospect of change through the traditional political system, and some tough negotiating needs to happen !
@ABDanielleSmith@MarkJCarney A very reasonable yet bold list of expectations. Scott Moe are you watching ?
And what is the back up for Alberta if things don’t change ?
Hopefully with all this tariff nonsense Alberta and Saskatchewan will be forced to admit that it is and always has been just about Quebec and Ontario. The "Colonies be damned". We are unlikely to negotiate away that political reality. I don't like the idea of "51st State" but maybe we have an opportunity to negotiate our own economic agreements with the US. We don't need to keep bowing to Quebec and Ontario and their interests.
@govt_corrupt There will never be a good time for the Liberals and NDP to face the Canadian voter in a fair and free election. So we may never have one
