Those are positive but the real benefit of QS batteries is the extended life.
Extend the battery life you extend the vehicle life. Extend the vehicle life and you change all the financing and the depreciated value.
That’s why I think Elon will want the QS battery for Semi trucks. A vehicle that needs to go a million miles needs a battery that can handle 3000 charges!

So that’s weird really never had a Honda survey before and they were not trying hard to sell me a car?

I keep wondering when the stock will catch again. People seem to forget how shortly after the spac the stock ran up to $140.

Then the short sellers took hold and created ever bad story they could with any battery PHD that could write.

Anyway they called it a pump and dump said they couldn’t make a battery on and on while telling us all the competition was right there. Non of the competition has presented any 3rd party test results of significance.

Who knew that the Raptor line would need to become the cobra line who knew that with the cobra we needed the eagle line to compete the battery.

We do know that Jagdeep said we have to stop and make a cell!
The implication was that the team had room to advance the technology a lot of room but if they didn’t choose a form and size and make it they would not be able to fund the next generation.

The battery test results made public only test to 1000 cycles and that was 95%. Tesla’s are still happily driving around on much lower percentages. They don’t maintain their original mileage capacity but say 330 miles a charge to 280 miles an still working great is a car that will be around for a long time.

Now do the math on a QS battery at 85%. Another question is will the curve bend in the cycles from 1000 to 2000? Will the battery then be 90% or maybe higher 92%.

We may see electric cars become like an 80’s Mercedes 300d. When asked how long does the engine last the mechanic replied I do know never seen one worn out.

More miles changes the economics of the car.

Then you have to ask yourself what battery makes a cyber cab really valuable. Answer the number of miles it can drive economically. IE maintenance often sends a car to the junkyard.

@elonmusk Elon I have been working with Grok and learning. One thing that I think is important and missing from AI is the human compulsion to do something.

Example you said to yourself wouldn’t it be cool to have a rocket to explore space? Not everyone well very few might have the compulsion to think about this then learn about it then put into motion a plan.

Humans will be needed to have the compulsion to do things like build spaceships a totally illogical idea. You had no logical reason no explainable rationale. I bet you just thought to yourself wouldn’t that be cool if!

Same thing with Tesla wouldn’t it be cool to have an electric car? Wouldn’t it be cool if it could drive itself?

Wouldn’t it be cool to have tunnels?

Hey wouldn’t it be cool to have medical hardware interface with the human body for repair or to make a super human?

You cannot get to any of these places logically. But now as we keep improving AI the human compulsion to say to yourself wouldn’t it be cool!

Has a friend that can share your enthusiasm and source all human knowledge to date.

I agree another thing QS is doing is the research to improve on their first battery. Think of this battery like dos 1.0 or Windows 95?
There will be new and improved designs.

Everyone seems to miss the biggest advantage of the QS battery.
The cycle life is 3 times that of current lithium batteries.

Then the battery is easily recycled. That’s JB’s point of entry if he can salvage the unspent lithium and return it to be reused in production the cost of the battery drops.

Think of a vehicle that will be production for 350,000 miles?

Ok just explain one thing before you go all angry at the judge.

If Luigi took the time to manufacture a ghost gun why would he keep it on his person?

Isn’t the point of a ghost gun to get rid of it and have it not traceable back to you?
