He scales spirit off his ult, which ALSO scales his weapon dmg (bcs he gets spirit scaling on it).
Any hero that has a stack mechanic is INHERENTLY stronger, the longer the game games

Yes, some hero's DO like more farm, and yes some are fine without as much farm.
But there's difference between 'ok, this hero gets more farm, and this one a bit less' and playing to be poor (which is kinda what ranger does).
Boons are tied to souls. You need money to scale
