Hey @Marriott a note from a lifetime platinum level traveler. A reason I choose not to stay at your properties. Customer service and brand loyalty needs attn. Your front desk staff & Dir at @Sanibel Harbour should be embarassed & a few terminated. Just FYI, not that you care!
@MBonvoyAssist disrepectful & hateful front desk staff at this hotel. I made reservation and gave it to my daughter and husband, done it countless times. This hotel staff was rude to me and them several times throughout stay. Treated my grown children as “less than” bonvoy should be embarassed.

@MBonvoyAssist I provided a full email to customer care today. The only thing I do not have is the Directors Name from the front desk that embarassed & spoke hatefully to my pregnant daughter and son-in-law. I run a medium sized firm, I can tell you exactly the outcome if he were my employee.
