@wingstop your app is truly designed not to allow complaints. For the second time, we didn’t get what we ordered. And, nowhere on your app is there a way to log missing items. Horrible customer experience.
DoorDash finally answered their customer line and arranged for a new order. It’s arriving soon—about 2 hours after the original order. I’m sure we’ll have to toss it in the oven for a reheat.
@wingstop doesn’t have a way to call @DoorDash to tell them their dasher screwed up. To make it better @wingstop supervisor offered to remake. Doesn’t @DoorDash owe them for the do-over?
The problem with the gig economy: @wingstop uses @DoorDash to deliver food. When the dasher swaps orders, there’s no one to call. @wingstop doesn’t have a way to fix it and @DoorDash doesn’t have my order info. Perfect way to avoid good customer service. Worse: I already tipped.
