The tiger is innocent - it was under control the entire time. The problem was enclosure security.

@DanielW_Kiwi What are you basing that value assumption on? The tiger is just being a tiger. The human is the one that caused the issue. If you walked in front of an oncoming train it wouldn’t be the train-driver’s fault if you got hit.
