@furmsies My Auto for 2 cars went from 3100 to 4300 this month. My home insurance went from 1500 to 4600, i got a dif provider for 3000. I also had a $40k hail claim.....

@jennAA2014 2 teachers retiring after even 25 yrs service at 100k salary will have a combined indexed pension of $100k/yr. A non DB family must have a nest egg of $3MM or more at retirement to match that.

@jennAA2014 Well i pay far more tax than 80% of Albertans. I'll take my $ back. I'm tired of public sector employees whining about being underfunded. Time to throttle down DB pension matching. The reat of us need to save and manage our retirement plan.

@RodAVanier A dealer sells a $100k pre-tax car, customer pays Feds $5K. Dealer then takes it back on trade, sells for $50k pre tax, $2.5K goes to feds. Same with Prov sales tax. It's double taxation. It is not value added by gov, it's a flow through tax administered by the dealer. Remove it
