It’s with the heaviest of hearts that we announce, that our loving father, father in law, nephew and grandpa gained his wings peacefully at forth valley hospital on Saturday 26th October 2024 with myself and Megan by his side.
Now at rest.

Words on the Martyrdom of Leader Yahya Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim)

The heroic martyr leader Yahya Sinwar departed in the heart of the Al-Aqsa Flood, a martyr, a symbol and a great leader of the greatest heroic battle of our Palestinian people. His eyes were blessed on that memorable day, October 7, 2023, with that blow that shook the depths of the zionist entity and exposed the fragility of its so-called security and the weakness of the pillars of their defeated entity and weakness of their defeated structure, like a spider’s web. What followed were epics of the legendary steadfastness of our people and the bravery of our victorious resistance, and in its field he attained the honor of the highest aspirations that he sought and worked for, in defense of the land and the holy places, with all faith and steadfastness and certainty.

The martyred leader Abu Ibrahim ascended to Allah Almighty, advancing and not retreating, brandishing his weapon, engaging and confronting the occupation army at the forefront, moving between all the combat sites in the Gaza Strip, fighting heroic battles with his men in eastern Khan Younis and in the eastern sector of Rafah city, steadfast and firm on the land of Gaza of glory, defending the land of Palestine and its holy sites, guiding its sons and its resistance fighters, and inspiring them to kindle the spirit of steadfastness, patience, firmness, resistance and inflicting heavy losses on the soldiers and officers of the zionist enemy army.

We remember in these historical moments the biography and path of the martyred brother leader (Abu Ibrahim), the honorable and heroic struggle, full of sacrifice, jihad, heroism, accumulation of strength, military preparation, redemption, adherence to rights and constants, and the high national spirit that extended throughout the years of his life, over 60 years of his life, 23 of which he spent conquering the zionist jailer, until he breathed freedom in the Loyalty to the Free deal in the year 2011, after which he launched a new phase in the project of our people's struggle. This phase was full of achievements and victories at all stages and rounds of struggle with the zionist enemy. His immortal words: "We prefer to die as martyrs than to die of oppression and humiliation" will bear witness to the truth of his path, the steadfastness of his principles, the firmness of his footing, and his profound love for Palestine, with Al-Quds and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque at its heart. May Allah have mercy on you, O Abu Ibrahim, you excelled in bravery, and you excelled in jihad, and you excelled in martyrdom.

The martyrdom of brother leader Sinwar and all the leaders and symbols of the movement who preceded him on the path of dignity, martyrdom, and the project of liberation and return, will only increase the strength, steadfastness, and determination of our people and our resistance to continue on their path and to be loyal to their blood and sacrifices. A movement whose leaders become martyrs on the path of defending the legitimate rights of its people and liberating its land and holy sites is a movement that cannot be uprooted. It will not be broken or defeated, but will continue its resistant course with even greater resolve, adherence to its principles, and confrontation of the occupation and its aggressive schemes until liberation and return, by Allah's will and His strength.
