God please I need a proper big girl job. I love seeing high earning corporate women.
Their dresses, wigs, pants and shirts, bags, accessories and poise.
I’m suited for it oh Lord! You know I’m not lazy and I’m humble enough to learn
I just need one person to believe in me🙏
all jokes aside, i think one of the best things that can happen to you as a young person is figuring out what you truly want to do with your life early on and being in an environment that doesn't hinder it from happening
I pray those Oriire school kids abducted by kidnappers return home safe and healthy. 🤲🏽
“Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-hammi wal-huzni, wal-‘ajzi wal-kasali, wal-bukhli wal-jubni, wa dhala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal
Today is children’s day, but 46 innocent children learning in their classrooms in Ogbomosho, Oyo state were kidnapped by gunmen.
It’s been two painful weeks already and these children are still not home with their families, suffering out there in the cold and enduring fear and uncertainty that no child should ever know.
This is a National crisis and the government must use every resource necessary to bring these children home. Nothing else matters in this moment.
We owe our children a safer country.
The full names of the 46 kidnapped Oyo children. They are still in terrorist captivity as I type this tweet.
Pls share this post everywhere
Let their names be known worldwide.
Kindly lend your voice I beg you.
On today’s children’s day,
If this is all you do, you’ve done a lot.
Today, Children’s Day is dedicated to the Ogbomoso Children.
To the children in the forests.
To the children without safety, without protection.
To the children who now fear the same classrooms that should have held their dreams.
Children deserve safety.
They deserve care.
They deserve love from the country they call home.
This can never become our new normal.💔
On the day of Arafah, I pray over my womb, I ask Allah for ease in my cycles, protection from cysts, cancer and cervical illnesses. I ask Allah for healthy fertility, safe pregnancies, smooth deliveries and righteous children who will become a source of peace and happiness. Aamin❤️
Allah never promised a life without pain.
He never promised a life without loss.
But He promised:
“I will be enough for you.”
And sometimes that is more comforting than all the motivation this world can offer.
Maybe that’s why the prophets remained calm despite facing enormous trials.
That’s why tawakkul is not the mindset of weak people.
Tawakkul is actually the highest level of confidence.
Because it creates people who:
• dare to try
• are not destroyed by failure
• recover faster
• are not shattered by rejection
Not because they believe they are extraordinary.
But because they believe Allah is always with them.
And Allah says:
“And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He is sufficient for them.” (Surah At-Talaq 65:3)
Notice that verse carefully.
Heal me on the Day of Arafah, Ya Allah. Heal me so deeply that even my memories stop hurting. Replace the tears in my eyes with light in my heart. Make me forget the words that wounded me and remember only that You are enough for me.
