Tucked away in the museum is a comfortable bench and reading area where visitors can browse through decades of shark-related newspaper articles and media reports, from the 1990s right through to today. #shark
When it's cold and rainy outside, there's nothing better than being warm and cosy inside the museum.
Today, Patsy treated us all to a delicious homemade pumpkin soup with crispy fresh bread the perfect meal for a winter's day.
We Have a Winner!
After returning from a technical diving trip to Vanuatu (looking a little more scruffy than usual! 😄), Mark has officially drawn the winning entry from the competition box.

Our touch table is always guaranteed to spark curiosity and smiles!
We love encouraging our young (and older) visitors to learn more about the ocean and conservation through interactive displays and we welcome the opportunity to answer as many questions as we can!

What a fantastic day at the museum today.
We had 3 large groups through the museum with well over 60 visitors coming, it was amazing to see the place absolutely come alive with people exploring the exhibits, asking questions, and enjoying the stories behind the collection
Late night at the museum for the boys getting some brand-new sound deadening panelling installed over the windows and it’s already transforming the atmosphere.
With several large groups booked in today, including one group of almost 50 visitors.

The next release of Once Bitten Organic Shiraz is getting closer
The first vintage sold out in record time and the next two followed quickly. Mark is now testing the grapes ready for this year’s harvest.
Blue may come out of retirement for a guest appearance.

Who remembers the legendary SS Andrea Doria and the 1974 film Andrea Doria -74?
We’re lucky enough to have an original movie poster and artifacts from the wreck on display in the museum. This morning Mark was even chatting with Jen from DV Tenacious about the wreck.
