A family reached out to me and said they had been researching me for 3 weeks. We had some discussions back and forth and they came across someone who works with me. That person spoke well of me. Anyways, we do some zooms and film study to help their daughter to get better.
They then ask if we could meet in person so I can truly evaluate their daughter.
Two weeks later they’re in California for 10 days just so I could work with their daughter in person 2 hours a day.
Why am I sharing this story?…….because it truly spoke to me about value & respect!
A family of 4 flew to California from Delhi, India just so I could work with their daughter and determine if she has college potential.
And now they want me in India for two months.
Keep working good people, keep improving your craft and make yourself a credible and valuable resource and folks that want to work with you will.

Had a great work weekend at UAA in Indianapolis. Learned a lot, our team really fought through losing a few players and really relying on each other to push each other . Learned a lot! Thank you to all the college coaches who came out and watched. @the_CoachWalker @IFNGUAA
