His name is Warsame Mouhomed Bouh Guiireh, CEO of DPCS.

Warsame also appears to be an advisor to the President of Puntland, Somalia — the same Somali government official linked to raising $500,000 USD for a Somali militia from a Minnesota adult day care.

Questions:
1. Who does Warsame actually work for — Djibouti, Somalia, the U.S., or China?
2. Is he a U.S. citizen? If not, why did he actively campaign for a U.S. congresswoman?
3. Is Warsame involved in Ilhan Omar’s fraudulent income issues?
4. Is Warsame a Chinese intelligence source?

The information was derived from a campaign party for Ilhan Omar sometime around August 2018. @AlphaNews reported on this party in relation to Omar’s associates allegedly threatening the Somali community.

There was also a foreign agent, Farhio Khalif, and two felons/advisors in attendance.

Foreign agents calling for jihad and fraud on U.S. soil — while rubbing shoulders with U.S. politicians is a national security threat. Time to enforce U.S. laws and shut it down.

Somali Youth Link received a municipal contract from the City of Minneapolis for culturally specific youth outreach.

This video exposes the overlap between her Somalian government activities and her role in a Government funded local program.

Cedar Adult Daycare Services is funded by Medicare and the daycare is co-located with an illegal Somali government organization that is raising money for a Somali Army in a region of Somali infested with terrorists. This organization and its Agents failed to register the DOJ's FARA Program.

Ilhan Omar is also a close friend of the Somali government officials operating the illegal foreign organization.
