@ebtapper@HEP_Journal In HPS severe cases, specially after tips or tx, you can try methylene blue ( NO inhibitor) to induce shunt vasoconstriction, or inhaled nitric Oxide to increase perfusion to good areas ! Small cohorts showing improvement of 10-12mmhg.

This is basically three different severity cohorts.
@drkeithsiau Portal hypertension is not usually a cause of inferior limbs edema, since portal vein does not usually communicate with cava. I would search for cardiac insufficiency, nephrotic sd or shunt.
