Story Mission Matchmaking in MW4 DMZ appears to have been PATCHED:

Seems the DMZ story queue matchmaking has been patched.

I’ve ran into numerous people in my runs now despite spawning into a story mission, typically before the latest update you’d spawn in with only other players doing story missions.

Wasn’t mentioned in patch notes though.
