If I were Maria, I would say yes!
Vote for classic Silent Hill 2 here: https://t.co/IIMbtZtpOg
This is a concept Silent Hill animation created by Binadra. It's not a real game or actual gameplay footage, just a passion project. 🫡

Out of love for their games, I decided to make an illustration for each installment over the years.
The best FPS trilogy in history.
Long live id Software, I hope they can recover, they are gaming HISTORY.
Walking through these levels feels like living in metal album covers rendered in 3D.
Hell, I could even dedicate subgenres to these:
brutal death, progressive thrash, symphonic black, tech death
La radiografía de los despidos:
- 136 despidos en iD Software (en el estudio eran 200-250)
- 158 en Zenimax (de los cuáles 146 se habían sindicado para protegerse)
Thanks everyone for the kind words!
Here are some of the characters I was fortunate enough to work on at id over 12 years.
Bittersweet for the DLC to drop today (Please support it!) but still grateful to have been able to finish the trilogy.
Hey everyone! Resharing my linkedin post here but just wanted to say a few things here real quick:
First: I want to extend a huge THANK YOU!
To the fans, community, and fellow game devs for sharing mine and others posts on different platforms - very much appreciated. It really means a lot and we were all so very thankful we could give you all many fun experiences over the years that I hope stick with you for a long time and inspire you to create and enjoy! It is a phenomenal feeling when the work you put in is enjoyed! Ya'll made it a great adventure!
Secondly, DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations released today!
This will be, unfortunately, my last shipped title with the studio and regardless of circumstance I truly hope everyone enjoys it! I will be posting my concept design work from it in the near future .... it was a fun project and a great end cap DOOM trilogy (and my time at the studio lol)! Stay tuned and follow for art and more!
And now, previously posted yesterday on Linkedin:
After over 12.5 years, one complete game trilogy and 1 day short of the 9th DOOM related project (and 12th project at this studio) I've worked on, myself and many others were informed our roles at id Software were terminated as part of larger organizational changes this morning.
I had been very fortunate to have joined the studio at a point in time that felt like being there on the ground floor of something special for the studio. That feeling continued through today, just short of completing the story of trilogy. One of the truly special things about the studio was the sheer amount of skill amongst the team and the exciting and intense collaboration which is what made our games special and successful.
With these changes many of my amazing colleagues are taking their institutional knowledge and skill sets into the wider industry.
I am looking and open to what could be next in the immediate future; now it is time to put my money where my mouth is and stay focused on improving myself and what I can do to help those around me who were also impacted.
Please add me/follow, share, and check out my website. Things will be updated over time as the dust settles but it is a starting point.
Thanks for your time and attention!

Por cierto, por petición popular, acabo de subir video explicando cómo hago todo esto de hacer juegos físicos de PC! os enseño el proceso y lo que se necesita: https://t.co/1rSkOv0Epg
I’m so sorry for everyone at id Software affected by these layoffs.
I know what it feels like to leave id while id goes on. It’s a strange and painful thing to step away from a place that holds so much of your work, friendships and history.
The people at id have done a great job moving that legacy forward. DOOM, Quake, and Wolfenstein are not easy names to carry on, especially in today’s industry. The last few games showed real care, skill and respect for what those worlds mean to people.
A note on digital preservation: id's history is critically important to the history of games. I’ve preserved id’s complete early history from our start at Softdisk through to August 6, 1996, including materials and assets that, as far as I know, id itself no longer has. I hope someone is doing the same for the company’s ongoing legacy (the work, code, assets, stories and the people behind them).
I’m thinking of everyone at id today, and everyone else affected by yesterday’s layoffs. Romero Games was there a year ago. I know how devastating it is, and my heart's with all of you.
Ya está aquí. Os dije que iba a ser MASACRE:
