@SaulStaniforth Entitling UK people to UK public services based on whether they pay tax or not is a slippery slope considering the amount of folks not paying taxes and heavily utilising tax payers money. Even if you put caveats in place, you set the precedent for the future.
@Neccccy Given that Premier In are closing down, and have closed down a number of sites, could they be playing loose with the truth and just rebranding those "closed" sites so as to avoid the obvious scrutiny that would follow?
@RichardBurgon@LBC this would only lead to decreased investment in the UK on a massive level. The thing folks tend to forget is that the richest people are also the most globally mobile.
@benonwine yes, absolutely. Animal cruelty is wrong, and can at least be regulated to ensure parity across the country. If killing an animal is necessary, then it must be done without some of the barbarism which has come to light recently.
This is surprising, free speech is supposed to be a core tenet for @reformparty_uk . I can understand wanting to keep everyone on message, but then you have to be ultra clear on what that message is. Following the removal of Reform whip from @RupertLowe10 and, when combined with this new threat, you have to question if the direction being taken is now the same as it was 6 months ago.
@mack58080@RupertLowe10 I am truly fed up with folks pandering to identified demographics and then reneging on pledges made when they get into power. Set your policies out in a clear way, if the electorate like the proposals they will support with votes - do not try to become another uniparty.
2 items key here:
1. Rupert Lowe has had the whip withdrawn, not suspended - this means they do not want him back, and it is absolutely clear the charges are being levied at Rupert to facilitate this move.
2. Reform are shifting more towards multiculturalism continuing unabated - they want to maintain the current balance
On both counts, this is not what most Reform supporters want.
Thank you @RupertLowe10 , you know that GY supports you and so do many others across East Anglia and the Country. Most people can see right through what the Reform leadership are doing. The comments from Richard Tice this morning, on @GBNEWS, are deeply concerning - has @reformparty_uk fallen into step with the other Uniparties to accept that multiculturalism continues unabated?
#ReformUK#rupertlowe@Nigel_Farage@reformparty_uk
The success of Reform has been on the back of the failure of others to sort out the mess of the country. To take Reform into a clear winning position needs our best team on the front foot providing a vision of what a Reform Govt will bring to the nation.
The UK is not led by 1 voice, it is led by many, anything else is a dictatorship. The People's army are telling you what we need to do. Rupert has given voice to that, and we need to be able to listen, understand and take appropriate action.
I think you were too hasty in your actions re Rupert, and I hope this can be resolved in a proper manner and maintain 5 MPs. The people of Great Yarmouth are in full support of Rupert, who has proved himself, personally and professionally, a person we can trust.
Remember - to bring people with you you need a message of hope, of clear and simple strategies, and you need trust.
@TheNorfolkLion you would expect credible evidence to be brought forward and responded to before taking action. Where there is no evidence then no action can be taken. What happened here was simply an act of retribution to stop Rupert garnering more support and to protect Nigel and Zia.
@Neccccy just arrest him when he gets himself down, and then find out why our centre of Govt is so open to be abused in this manner - this should never have occurred in the first place
