@TMobileHelp It’s way to late to correct the shat show you caused me both in time and money. I’m currently with a local provider that uses the Verizon towers and couldn’t be happier. I advise everyone, especially in the Green Bay market, to stay far away from @TMobile

Loyal Sprint customer for over 20 year. Forced to over to @TMobile earlier this month. Nothing but issues with coverage and billing. 5G they promised me would be so great is unusable in my part of Green Bay. @Verizon I need a three line plan, what kind of deal can you give?

@TMobileHelp It wasn't just my first impression it was my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. You guys yanked me around in a major way. Sprint kept me a a customer for 20, @TMobile lost me as customer in less than a month.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with @TMobile Our service has been a complete failure. Got my first bill and it’s $70 more per month then I was told it would be. Constant dropped and failed calls and texts. The store manager that set us up hides when I come in to talk with him.
