@Ask_Spectrum used to be super reliable. But these past few months we’ve been having outages almost weekly. Becoming difficult to work from home with this service.
@GetSpectrum all service out for third time in 3 weeks. Really hurts those of us that work from home. My wife missing a very important meeting right now.
Update. We haven’t received tracking number, called back. It won’t be shipped until 18th. Ask to speak to supervisor but we’re refused. Cancelled order. @Hammacher service is not as advertised.
We ordered a Christmas tree from @Hammacher. The tree was defective, were told they would send a replacement. We received half a tree today. Called and they haven’t sent the bottom half yet. After several excuses, we’re getting the bottom half sent, sometime, soon. Not impressed

Moving in 2 weeks. Scheduled with @Ask_Spectrum to move services on the 24th. They cut my cable off last night. On my 2nd hour on the phone trying to get it turned back on. They can’t figure out how to fix their mistake
@Ask_Spectrum I’m suppose to get 100mbps and I’m getting 7.76 mbps. I called and there are no issues in my area. I’ve tried restarting but no improvement
